We believe that service is the key to success with the items we carry. Just as you’ll find our customer service
accommodating, our technical service is second to none.
We offer IN-HOUSE Service for the products we carry. Among them include Lionel and MTH Electric Trains, and Traxxas and HPI Racing remote control vehicles. Our DO-IT-YOURSELF parts counter, stocks most of the items necessary to complete your R/C repair in the same day. In the event you need a part we do not stock, we will be happy to order it for you. Our new service department usually has you up and running within a few days! We are factory authorized to complete most warranty repairs, and offer service for all non warranty repair of the products we sell. Check us out next time your in need of help!
