STORE POLICIES
Effective 12/1/2001
Copies can be obtained by Customer upon Sale and Request
MERCHANDISE RETURNED by the customer, will receive store credit only. No cash or credit card
credits will be refunded to the customer upon return of any merchandise.
Item
returned must be accompanied by the ORIGINAL STORE RECIEPT, which must be dated within 7 calendar days of
purchase. Sale and Clearance items may not be returned for credit.
MERCHANDISE RETURNED to the store, must be in resalable condition and in
original packaging, unopened, and unused. Absolutely NO RETURNS will be accepted for electronic devices.
This includes, but is not limited to, transformers, digital command control components, locomotives, train sets and any other
item containing electronic components. Management reserves the right to deny any item for return.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE TO THE STORE, MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY WILL SUPPORT ALL NEW
MERCHANDISE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
Layaway items under $500 must be paid
in 30 days, and be accompanied by a 20% deposit unless previous arrangements were made with management. Accounts not paid
off within 30 days will risk forfeit of merchandise, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed to the account.
Gift
Certificates issued by the store must be redeemed with 12 months of date and must be used to the full extent of their value.
NO CASH will be given back.
A $20 charge will apply
for all returned checks
Store will not be responsible for merchandise left on consignment or
repair. Customer wishing to leave an item for either assumes all responsibility and liability for their item.
